This sample policy is written for a U.S.-focused outdoor DTC storefront and should be reviewed before launch.
Shipping destinations
We currently ship to addresses in the United States. Future international shipping can be enabled through Shopify shipping settings.
Processing time
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Oversized outdoor items may require extra handling time.
Rates and delivery
Standard shipping is free on orders over $99. Delivery estimates are shown at checkout after Shopify checkout is connected.
